На новом месте работы, в рекламном агентстве, уже два месяца пользуюсь таким вот продвинутым аппаратом. Когда первый раз увидел, даже не поверил. Легендарная модель Canon, которая одинаково хорошо проявляет себе и в студии и "в поле". Хотя, выносить его на улицу немного стремно. Цена-то в комплекте с объективом больше чем стоимость машины, на которой я езжу.
Полнокадровый сенсор с 18,1 эффективными мегапикселями. Фактически это лучшее, что делают Canon для профессиональных DSLR-камер. Шумность минимальная, снимать без шумоподавления можно вплоть до ISO 6400 включительно. Автофокус невероятно быстрый и очень гибкий. Он имеет шесть режимов работы, которые перекрывают все возможные жизненные ситуации от универсального до режима съемки хаотично движущихся объектов. Экспозамер точный при любой освещенности, при желании можно снимать серии из 3-7 снимков с брекетингом (шаг 1/3, 2/3 или ступень). Есть два отсека по CF-карты памяти. Шикарная штука – гигабайтный Ethernet порт. Это самый быстрый способ копирования фотографий. В "полевом" использовании камера тоже радует. В руках лежит хорошо, органы управления всегда под рукой, как в портретной, так и в пейзажной ориентации. Скорострельность серийной съемки сумасшедшая - 14 кадров/сек (jpeg) или 12 кадров/сек (raw или raw+jpeg). Аккумулятор выносливый, особенно если над ним не ставить эксперименты с длительной работой в LiveView-режиме.
Не умеет снимать Full HD видео со скоростью более 30 кадров в секунду. Нет режима записи фото и видео на разные карты памяти.

Competitor

The DSLR has only one serious competitor — Nikon D4S. Both cameras are in many ways similar to each other and are focused purely on professional use. But according to three parameters, Canon nevertheless overtook its main rival: an 18-megapixel matrix is installed in its heart, the burst speed reaches 12 fps in RAW and 14 fps in JPEG, and the focus system has 61 points (with 41 cross ). The differences are not so significant, but they are.

autofocus

The focus system stands out in particular. 6 modes of its operation open up almost limitless possibilities in tracking the object of shooting. Moreover, each of the autofocus modes can be additionally calibrated manually, which makes the work of the photographer a hundred times easier. What can I say, even one focus point can reliably hook a moving car.

Ergonomics

For fans of shooting in portrait orientation, the control keys are duplicated so that the main shooting parameters can be set without being distracted from the process. Out of habit, you will not like only the weight and dimensions of the camera. But other photographers will look at him with envy and delight.

Video

Also, the DSLR shoots video very well. The maximum resolution of the videos is 1920x1080 pixels. Therefore, if you have an UltraHD TV in your living room and you are going to watch footage on it with your own hands, it is better to look at the fellow camera in the face of the Canon EOS 1D C — it can record videos in ultra-high 4K resolution.
