Therefore, when I needed such a device, I did not think for a long time and immediately began to look through the assortment of these two giants. A printer that is ready to print in a car, train, or even airplane. It handles regular black-and-white, also known as monochrome printing, excellently and can also print decent photographs. However, for high-quality full-color printing, high-quality thick photo paper for an inkjet printer is essential; without it, the ink will smear and the clarity will not be high. You can connect to a laptop using a standard USB cable or wirelessly through the built-in WiFi module. The latter option can be used for printing from smartphones (supports both Android and iOS) or from cloud resources. I sometimes print Google documents this way, it's quick and easy. The quality and print speed, as usual for Canon, are top-notch. It prints B/W text up to 9 pages per minute and color graphics (10-20% page coverage) around 5 pages per minute. A standard 10x15 photo printed in maximum quality mode takes about a minute. It can work with paper of various densities - from 60 to 280 g/sq.m. The printer weighs only 2200 g with the battery. Autonomous operation is excellent, I charge it rarely. Both black (by the way, pigment) and color cartridges have a very small capacity (black prints less than 200 pages and a decent cost. The printer cannot simultaneously work with USB and WiFi connections. It is strange that the developers did not provide for this possibility. |
An excellent find for medical institutions where a combination of text and images is needed: ultrasound, endoscopy, etc. We integrate it directly onto the stand with the equipment, medical professionals will understand me......... a table is not needed. We have been using it for about 6 years and nothing better has appeared, BUT we are already on our third one, with daily use it "lives" for about 2-3 years and then dies completely.
