Ultra-budget model without any frills, aimed at filming the road situation in front of the hood of the car. Video recording on the device is carried out in a low resolution of 640x480 pixels, however, thanks to frame interpolation, you can squeeze out an HD picture from the Celsior CS-403. The quality of the image frankly does not shine, the numbers of passing and oncoming cars are difficult to read, nevertheless, the registrar reveals the essence of what is happening in the frame.

An acceptable picture is written on it with fairly good lighting. The viewing angle of the standard optics of the DVR is about 140°, which provides visibility of three or four traffic lanes on the roads. Along with the video, the device records an audio track. On the body from the side of the vehicle interior, the model was equipped with a 2-inch diagonal screen for operating the settings and viewing the footage. The recorder is powered by the cigarette lighter socket. Together with the device, the use of microSD memory cards with a capacity of no more than 16 GB is expected.
