High build quality

The German-made blender has a high build quality and excellent performance, making it suitable not only for home use, but also for bars and cafes. The fairly roomy 1.5 liter glass bowl features a 4-layer stainless steel blade that won't dull or rust over time. The case is made of plastic with a stainless steel insert representing the control panel.

Multiple operating modes

The device is capable of operating in several modes. The first two conventional modes differ only in the speed of rotation of the knife. The third mode is "impulse" or, as the manufacturer refers to it, Ice Crusher, designed for crushing ice. At the same time, it is characterized not by constant, but by jerky operation of the engine, due to which there is no overload and, accordingly, its service life is extended. The fourth "turbo mode" is designed to grind the remaining pieces of vegetables and fruits in the total mass, which leads to a uniform puree. Especially useful if you often have to use frozen fruit.

Protection against erroneous inclusion

The Clatronic UM 3561 is protected against erroneous switching on: if the bowl is not installed or is not level, the blender will not start. Also a plus is the removable block of knives in the bowl, so it can be easily washed.
