The 2024 debutant in the Concept brand line is a horizontal dryer in the advanced price segment. The model will allow you to prepare large stocks of dried fruits, vegetables or other products at a time, because it provides 14 loading levels with the size of each steel tray being 290x290 mm. The design features of the device include the presence of transparent viewing windows not only on the door.

There are corresponding inserts on the sides and top, so it will be even more convenient to visually control the work process here. The Concept SO-5000 dehydrator is equipped with an 850-watt heater located at the rear. A fan helps distribute heat evenly in the chamber. At the same time, it is stated that the model does not operate loudly - the noise level is up to 50 dB. The package includes two additional accessories - a tray for preparing marshmallows and a mesh for herbs and spices. A special highlight of the device is its informative touch control panel with display. Here you can either set the temperature and drying time manually, or use one of 10 automatic programs (for example, for apples or pears, mushrooms, tomatoes, chicken, fish, etc.).
