we decided to purchase a dryer when our child was born. Our daughter has allergies, so she can't have a lot of things, and her diet is limited to the bare minimum. We have to carefully select products, and what is sold in supermarkets often causes allergic reactions because it has been treated for long-term storage. I know there are simpler dryers, but my husband bought this one with the argument "we're buying it for more than one year." The dryer is really awesome! It's a powerful machine; I didn't even think the drying process would be this fast. The first thing we decided to try drying were apples. The child loves uzvar made from dried fruits, so I decided to stock up on them. I filled the entire dryer with apples and set it to 50 degrees. Overnight, all 6 trays dried to a cracker-like state; the drying was beautiful, light, fragrant, and, most importantly, plentiful. The secret to the fast and efficient process lies in the fact that the products are laid directly on the heating element. The aroma is incredible! Now I'm making fruit leather; there is a special tray with a solid bottom, sort of like a baking tray. I've dried various herbs for winter, both spicy and medicinal, and berries, rosehips for tea, for my daughter. A dryer is an amazing thing!
