The Concept SO-1020 dryer is aimed at a wide range of economical users who prefer to harvest dried fruits on their own. In addition to drying vegetables and fruits, this model is able to delicately remove water from medicinal and spicy herbs, whole or chopped berries, mushrooms and nuts.
