If your hand is smaller than 19 cm, your thumb won't reach the second side button. In CS2, it feels like the sensor is malfunctioning, with each flick having a different distance. Various settings in the software were tried (it's only in English, by the way), but nothing helped. The quality of 4K and 8K connection is terrible, with the sensor frequently malfunctioning, which shouldn't happen. The glass glides are a disaster as well—my floor isn't even, and the mouse would slide down the mat by itself. Also, for my hybrid grip, it didn't work at all.
