I took it for 1300 because of the great urgency and lack of alternatives. For that kind of money everything is terrible. But it satisfies half of the requirements: there is a face in the frame. The second half of the requirements is sound, and there are problems with it. In order for the face to be fully visible in the frame, you have to place the camera at arm's length.
