And what repair without power tools? I think the impact drill is the most versatile option for homework. In a panel high-rise building, she can do everything except thorough work on load-bearing walls. I spent about two decades on "cosmetics" in two rooms and a corridor, and, last but not least, thanks to this tool, the work was successful. Drills great. The power is quite high, so the main thing is to firmly grasp the handles and rest well. Rotary hammer mode is also good. It enters the usual interior concrete wall of the "Soviet panel" like a knife through butter. With much harder load-bearing walls, it's not as bouncy, but a little bit of drilling a few holes can be done. For more global tasks on load-bearing walls, a rotary hammer is needed, after all, the impact energy of such a drill is not enough for such work. Thanks to the speed regulator and reverse, it can also be used as a screwdriver. The standard chuck for this type of tool is gear-crown. I would like to note its precise centering and the complete absence of beats, which is not a rarity for a non-professional instrument, but it does not always happen. The drill arrived in a regular cardboard box and a plastic bag. The plastic case is not included and it is inconvenient. In the process of work, I lost the key to the cartridge twice and had to look for it for a long time. The electrical power cable is unnecessarily rigid, it just becomes a stake.
