Bought it for 18k in spring 2023 - don't regret it at all. It's more than enough for all games on an FHD monitor for me - always 75+ FPS. In terms of cooling, the card is one of the simplest (maybe the simplest), so at stock, it heats up to 80 degrees in the summer (without air conditioning in the room). But there's always a "but" - do an undervolt and a performance drop of up to 5% isn't noticeable at all (only noticeable in graphs), but the temperature drops from a max of 80 degrees to 70. And that's in the heat. At a room temperature of 21-23 degrees, I didn't notice it heating above 65. The price at the time of purchase was the lowest, the card's performance is excellent, and it is easy to undervolt. The temperatures in stock are high.
