The use of the induction heating principle provides a direct transfer of heat energy to the bottom of the cookware, and not to the base of the surface. This prevents food that accidentally gets on the glass ceramics from burning. Minimal heat losses make this method of heating as economical as possible. The independent built-in induction hob Grunhelm GPI 823 B has standard external dimensions (59x52 cm) and can be used for installation in small-sized kitchens of typical apartments of east european multi-apartment buildings. Four heating zones can work with rated power from 1500 to 2600 watts. There is a 9-step power control and a pause function (Stop & Go). The touch control panel is backlit, supports timer off of the cooking zones and is equipped with a child lock.
