The model belongs to the middle price segment and is an excellent alternative to headsets from HyperX, which many gamers love for their attractive price-quality ratio. Compared to the original Hator Hypergang, the EVO Elite has received a few minor changes. In particular, the headphones have got a separate volume switch and a Mute button, and the cable is now detached from the case. Other than that, they're essentially the same jet-black headphones with a rough, aviation-inspired design and detachable microphone. The ear pads and headband are covered with leatherette, the case is decently assembled, looks neat and inspires confidence. The microphone is mounted on a rather rigid...leg, with which you can install it in the desired position without fear of accidentally disconnecting it. On top of the microphone rises a foam "cushion", which filters the sound of the user's breathing.
