The entry-level model in Hisense's ULED TV lineup, which uses local dimming with Mini LED backlighting and quantum dots to improve color reproduction. The device’s 55-inch panel provides highly detailed broadcasts in a maximum frame resolution of 3840x2160 frames, and the TV hardware platform can scale video to 4K from lower image formats. The smart system of the model is represented by a home-grown “OS” VIDAA U6.0 with built-in artificial intelligence mechanisms.
All popular online cinema services and applications are available on this platform, if not out of the box, then for subsequent download and installation. The audio ins and outs of the Hisense 55U6KQ are revealed by 2 x 10 W speakers with Dolby Audio support. The TV has two USB ports for connecting flash drives, hard drives and external peripherals, three HDMI connectors, and holes in the back of the case for a VESA-compatible wall bracket measuring 400x300 mm. An optical audio output is additionally provided for third-party acoustics.
