I read the reviews and bought the Hisense 9 and 12 two weeks ago. So, the 9's outdoor unit works like a jet turbine. The hum is heard through the walls. And the funny thing is that there are no noise complaints with the 12 at all. Both units are outside the window. When I turn on the 9, the noise is felt even in other rooms. I called the installers. They say that's how it's supposed to be, the 9 has 64dB in the specs, but it goes up to 70dB. I don't know what to do; it's impossible to turn it on at night. The funny thing is that with closed windows, the room is about 45dB, but the bothersome hum of the outdoor unit doesn't let you relax. For some unknown reasons, the outdoor unit of the 9 seems to have started working more smoothly, without the wailing. Or maybe I've just gotten used to it. I will continue to monitor. Only 12 have benefits. The noise of the outdoor unit 9 is present, but it has leveled off over time.  Roman: |
We bought the system in the spring of this year when the heating in the apartment was turned off, and we faced a choice between a heater or a split system. We have been using this system for about one year now. It operates in various modes throughout the entire year and during this time, we haven't encountered a single problem. Autumn-spring for heating, summer for cooling. The night mode is excellent. No noise and it doesn't disturb sleep. The filters are of very good quality, and there are no unwanted odors. We use the fan function both in winter and summer, circulating the air around the room. Inverter, operating modes, filters and low price, as for such indicators.
