The washing main filter of rough water purification with a pressure reducer. Designed for domestic use, can be installed in hot water systems of apartments and private households at water temperatures up to 70 °C. The hourly output is 2.5 cubic metres per hour (41 L/min), which is enough to cover normal household needs. Detains solid particles up to 100 microns in size, among which grains of sand and pieces of rust are most common.

The compact dimensions of the Honeywell FK06-1/2AAM filter allow it to be installed in any convenient place. One of the main distinguishing features of this model is the convenient filter washing system. This operation is performed by opening the lower ball valve for a period of 35-45 seconds. Another important advantage of such a main filter is the built-in pressure reducer. The inlet pressure can reach 16 atm, but at the filter outlet, due to the operation of a special valve, a value is set from 1.5 to 6 atm. Such safety regulation is especially important in networks prone to noticeable and sharp pressure fluctuations, which can cause leaks at joints and even ruptures of pipes and household appliances that are not designed for such excess values. The output value is adjusted using a regular regulator in the upper part of the brass body.
