High-Quality Welding at Home

The Intertool WT-4004 welding machine allows you to easily handle household and repair tasks and acquire welding skills in comfortable and safe conditions. One of the key features of this model is the VRD technology, which automatically reduces the voltage to a safe level (about 12 V) in idle mode. This minimizes the risk of electric shock and reduces power consumption. To simplify operation, it features hot start, arc force, and anti-stick functions. The machine continuously monitors working parameters and is protected against overheating, overload, and short circuits.

Thanks to its inverter design, the WT-4004 is resistant to a voltage drop of up to 160 V and is suitable for use in unstable power conditions — at home, in the garage, or on a trip with a generator. The current strength (20–180 A) is adjusted with a convenient handle, and the values are displayed on a digital screen. Welding is performed with MMA technology, and the model is compatible with stainless steel, cast iron, and ferrous metals, designed for electrodes up to 4 mm. However, it should be noted that the duty cycle is 30%, so pauses for cooling are necessary during intensive use.

Thoughtful Accessories

The interface and configuration of the model make it extremely convenient to use. The machine is equipped with 3-meter cables with a cross-section of 18 mm², sufficient for working in hard-to-reach places. Bayonet connectors ensure fast wire connection and allow for quick device disconnection in an emergency. A sturdy handle made of insulating material is provided for easy transportation.
