Happy with the vacuum cleaner. But I am extremely dissatisfied with the service of the authorized service center at Chernovola 25. When (six months after the purchase) I turned to them for help in replacing the broken part, they told me that my case was not covered under warranty and I had to buy a new cover from them. To my comment that in my document the cover is not included in the list of warranty exclusions, I was told that my warranty agreement was old-style and that they did not intend to service me according to my document. It seems that if the whole vacuum cleaner falls apart, the service center will be happy to inform you that this is not a warranty case and offer me to buy a new one from them vacuums well six months later, the latch on the lid of the garbage container flew off. |
