A low-cost offer in the regiment of car seats of a universal "breed" covering almost all popular weight groups of children: 1, 2 and 3. The model is supposed to be used from about 8 months of age of the baby up to adolescence (about 12 years). Small children are placed in the seat of the chair on a special soft insert. They are fastened with internal five-point seat belts with soft overlays on a coat hanger.

Older children are fixed with a standard inertial seat belt. As the child grows, the Joy 1590 headrest rises up — in total, 8 positions of its height adjustment are available. If necessary, the headrest can be easily removed as unnecessary. The back of the product is adjustable according to the angle of the back of the car seat. The cover of the car seat is removable, if dirty, it can be machine washed in a delicate mode. There is no reliable information about the safety of the model in crash tests. The main emphasis in it is placed on the ultra-budgetary cost.
