Impeccable design. This machine is something you won't be embarrassed to leave on the table in any, even the most stylish kitchen; it is a piece of designer art in itself. All the main parts of the machine are made of metal. This is important, especially when working with dense and elastic yeast dough. My old, entirely plastic machine used to "play" under such a load. It wasn't just the shape of the bowl that wobbled but even the attachment holder, meaning the upper half of the mixer. In short, the sight was not for the faint-hearted. This machine, with its powerful aluminum body, steel bowl, and reliable drive, offers high rigidity and stirs up to 2.5 kg of heavy dough phlegmatically. It lacks nothing in power; 1200 watts are enough for everything. In a 6.7-liter bowl, you can mix up to 5 kg of ingredients and make dough of any consistency, from runny pancake batter to ultra-dense shortcrust pastry. Of the eight available speeds, you can always choose the right one. Besides dough, it quickly and efficiently whips cream or egg whites/yolks (up to 15-16 at one time!). The machine also features a 1.6-liter glass blender bowl, in which I made mushroom puree soup a couple of times, and it turned out delicious, with excellent blending. She is heavy. It weighs almost 10 kilograms, which felt good when I had to move it to another table. It works noisy, although it may already be and I'm just finding fault)) |
