Мы с мужем совсем недавно закончили длительный, дорогостоящий дизайнерский ремонт. Получилось очень красиво, но теперь в такой стильный и продуманный интерьер абы что не поставишь.Причем речь идет не только о мебели, кондиционере или телевизоре. Отделка и стиль кухни таковы, что технику, стоящую на открытом месте, тоже желательно выбирать по цвету и факторе. С такими вот соображениями я и подошла к поиску кухонного комбайна. Дизайнерская серия kMix от известнейшего производителя кухонной техники Kenwood привлекла внимание, а эта модель KMX 50 в зеленом цвете подошла просто идеально. Комбайн мне был нужен в основном для работы с тестом и приготовления десертов. По первому пункту он превзошел все мои ожидания. Насадки для работы с тестом, а именно К-образная и крюк позволяют получить абсолютно любую плотность и текстуру теста. Замечательно получается весь диапазон, от жидкого блинного до плотного сдобного и даже сверхплотного теста для спагетти. Чаша, в которой тесто вымешивается, достаточно крупная и имеет объем около 5 литров. Содержимое этой чаши перемешивается планетарным механизмом, а значит качество перемешивания высочайшее. Бисквиты, песочное, сдобное, постное, да практически любое тесто я могу сделать буквально за 5-10 минут. Собран он очень основательно. Почти все части корпуса сделаны из алюминия. Но, несмотря на использование такого легкого металла, весит он прилично, почти 9 килограмм. Благодаря этому и специальным присоскам на опорах на поверхности стола он стоит твердо как скала )) Высокая цена самого комбайна и дополнительных аксессуаров |
