In the proprietary line of the KITFORT trademark, the contact grill belongs to the older solutions. It is recommended for cooking meat, sausages, sandwiches and toast, various snacks. The model is characterized by increased power up to 2100 W, which is designed to speed up the access to operating temperatures and the cooking process. The controls are represented by a pair of mechanical rotary switches.

One is used to select temperatures in the range from 90 to 230 °C, and the second is to turn on / off and set the timer in the range from 10 to 30 minutes (after the specified time, heating automatically stops). The KITFORT KT-1652 electric grill is capable of operating in barbecue mode: the user receives two working zones for frying at once, for which the top plate is opened 180 degrees. The panels here are with a corrugated surface and a non-stick coating. And although they are removable here, direct heating is claimed for them, which is designed to increase the uniformity of heat distribution and reduce the cooking time. To collect fat, a special tray is provided, which can also be removed, which is designed to add convenience in the care process.
