I have lousy eyesight, so when choosing a new monitor I have to look at models with a large diagonal and large pixels. Well, the price too, times are not easy now. The screen is spacious, it's my first monitor of this size, and at first, I even had to turn my head to see everything. The brightness is very high, I would say it's even excessive. I lowered it almost to the minimum during the initial setup. The contrast also had to be reduced; otherwise, "it would be blinding." The matte anti-glare screen coating does its job, and indeed there are no glares. After hearing about LED backlight flickering, I performed the "pencil test." Either I didn't get the testing method right, or the monitor simply doesn't flicker. Probably the latter. The screen is of high quality, with no dead pixels and good viewing angles. The backlight is uniform. I haven't looked specifically in the dark, but during dark movie scenes in a dark room, no noticeable light leaks were detected. The colors are good, much more natural than on my old TN monitor. Frameless design. It looks modern, although you get used to it, and two weeks after installation, I didn't really care about the frame around the screen anymore, you just don't look at it. The stand is unusual. It only adjusts by tilt angle; for my personal computer, I set it up once and forgot about it. Three video inputs are enough to meet any user's whims. No HDMI cable included. It's a cheap thing, they could have put it away. The built-in speakers sound somehow only at low volumes. At the above-average level, the tiny, miserable speakers only fart pitifully. use LG 27MP77HM month or more |
