Monitors with an aspect ratio of 21:9 are not very common yet, but their sales are steadily increasing. There are several reasons for this growth: firstly, it is in this aspect ratio that a real cinematic product is shot; secondly, such a screen is convenient for modern games, especially for games for which the widest possible viewing angle is important; thirdly, the resolution of 2560x1080 allows you to maximize the working space in professional applications for working with graphics, video, CADs and other specialized software.
The LG 25UM58 monitor has a 25-inch diagonal, which is 63.5 cm. The above working resolution provides a high pixel density (111 ppi or 43 pixels / cm) and, as a result, excellent detail. A full-fledged eight-bit AH-IPS matrix with W-LED backlighting does not have a characteristic PWM effect and is protected by an anti-reflective matte finish. The screen shows a maximum brightness of 250 cd/m2, a static contrast ratio of 1000:1 and vertical/horizontal viewing angles of 178 degrees.
The minimum GtG response time is stated at 5 ms, the real BWB time is 14 ms, which is enough to work with dynamic images. The swivel mechanism of the stand can tilt the screen forward by 5 degrees and tilt back by 20. Installation on a VESA mount (75x75) opens up the possibility of creating complex multi-monitor configurations. Connection to a personal computer, laptop or other source is possible only via HDMI-interface (2 ports are provided). An HDMI 1.4 cable is included in the package.

I changed my old square Samsung 913V to this monitor. Bought mainly for work and watching movies. After a 4:3 monitor, it's just a bomb, you can safely work in two windows, the IPS matrix is much better compared to TN (colors are not brightened, contrast is high, viewing angles are maximum), the price is very good, high resolution, pixels are not visible at all. Of the minuses, only the lack of monitor height adjustment, a little low and a stand made of some kind of cheap plastic, but this is normal in this price range. In general, I am very satisfied with the purchase, I can advise anyone who is looking for a low-cost ultra-wide monitor to purchase. + Price

In general, I am a mechanical engineer by profession, but it is not my higher education that feeds me at all. For such work, you need a large monitor, because I often have several windows open with primary sources, which it is desirable to keep in front of my eyes. That is, I use the screen width more than the height. So I came up with the idea to buy an ultra-wide monitor with an aspect ratio of 21:9. The main advantage of this device is, of course, the very resolution of 2560 x 1080 pixels with an impressive 63 cm diagonal. The screen looks unusual and unusual. Since I moved to it from an old monitor with a resolution of 1280 x 1024, the first thing I had to do was increase the speed of the mouse cursor. After all, the width of the screen in pixels has almost doubled. I have been using it to the fullest for a month now and the overall impressions are the most pleasant. The matrix in it is from LG, high-quality, made using IPS technology. It displays colors remarkably, compared to the previous monitor on a TN-matrix, the difference is very noticeable. Also pleasantly pleased with the fact that the colors do not walk when viewed from different angles, the picture always remains consistently clean and clear. The monitor itself has a beautiful and fashionable thin bezel design. Wife, by the way, also liked it very much. Flimsy plastic stand. Just touch the monitor and it immediately staggers, as if standing on a wire. There are highlights on the black background of the lower right part of the screen, but this is not important. |
Изначально думал что он 63 см, но нет 73.
Изначально ещё перед покупкой ломал голову с форматом фильмов, где их качать где смотреть,а на самом деле до тональности просто формат 4к и все. В первый же день протестил все игры, постель в фпс нету, картинка шикарная видно все и даже больше. Фильмы это отдельная тема, даже если вы фильм видели сотню раз, на этом мониторе просто будите залипать на киношки. Он шикарен, как внешне так и в работе. Подставка отстойная.
