Сделал все по инструкции. Режим работы установил в положение *. Колесико, управляющее термостатом, повернул в максимум. Нагрел комнату до 17 градусов, вращал колесико, управляющее термостатом, пока не погасла сигнальная лампочка. Затем температура понизилась до 15 градусов и конвектор не включился. Вынес на улицу он и там не включился. Не пойму почему так.
