Good headphones, which I've been using for a long time, but depending on the design, there are better options. For example, 1+ Buds Pro 2. - Design. This is what grabs your attention immediately. Beautiful, attractive, unusual. Great attention to detail. - Shape and comfort. The standard shape is similar to AirPods Pro. Convenient, easily fits into the ears, doesn’t fall out, and causes no discomfort. - Sound. It’s good here, though clearly not up to top Sony standards. However, there’s a decent extended equalizer in the built-in app, and there are ready presets in the Nothing Discord channel. - Microphones. Decent, for TWS headphones. None of the interlocutors complained. - Transparency mode. Not the best, but definitely not a drawback. Usable. - Gestures. Everything is performed by squeezing the stem, which is quite practical, although not the best option for volume adjustment. Moreover, ALL gestures, except for the single squeeze, can be reassigned. - Nothing X app. Nice, convenient, attractive, understandable. - Fast and wireless charging. The headphones charge very quickly from the case. And the case can be charged using either a cable or wireless charging. - Autonomy. To be honest, it's weak. LHDC without ANC at 50-60% volume - about 3 hours of listening. It’s enough for me (never drained them to zero), but I understand that compared to competitors, the performance is weak. Together with the case, they last me about 2-3 weeks. - ANC. These are my first in-ear TWS headphones. Maybe my expectations were exaggerated, but the ANC didn’t impress. Most noises are not cut out but rather muffled. - Practicality. The case scratches very easily, literally just from being in the pocket. And while this is not visible on most other headphones, it's more noticeable on the transparent plastic. A cover will only hide one of the headphones' main features, so it's hardly a solution. Also, somehow a hair, resembling an eyelash, got between the transparent and white plastic near the Type-C port. But how? It's still a mystery. Maybe it's from pockets. ![]() |
Eh... what can I say, the headphones are great, the sound is awesome, noise-canceling is powerful, the style is incredible and overall the ecosystem with "Nothing" and AI (I personally use Nothing phone 2) has its vibe, but there's a but - 2 months ago the back plate of the right earbud came unstuck, and today the left one came unstuck. After reading the forums, I realized that this is a "feature" of "flagship" "Nothing" earbuds. So for anyone with the same problem, I can suggest taking silicone glue and a toothpick and VERY carefully apply it around the perimeter of the earbud and leave it to dry for a few hours, keeping in mind that now you won't be able to wear them in the rain. So, although the "Nothing" company is very interesting and has a decent product selection, the quality of certain items raises questions. Additionally, I can add that the left earbud has started "humming" over the past six months when in the ear (no matter which mode is set - noise-canceling/transparency/no modes). Sound, transparency/noise-cancellation modes, style, AI ecosystem Microphone (a bit weak, but for "earbuds" it's normal), external sound (found nothing, possibly also a "feature" of the left "flagship"), charge (2-3 hours with ANC, lasts a week on a charge) and most importantly they fell apart and I had to figure out how to fix them. ![]() |
Brightness of sound, range of sound, amazing microphone, design, no ear discomfort, super noise reduction... Keruvannya!!! It’s just sad that it’s not manual, in the 1st version it’s much more manual, especially changing the thickness... ![]() |
Transparent quality
The Nothing Ear (2) headphones have a unique design with a transparent body in skeleton and cyberpunk styles, allowing you to see the internal parts of the audio device. However, appearance is not the only advantage of this model. They also provide high quality Hi-Res Audio using the advanced LHDC 5.0 codec. This codec allows you to enjoy studio-quality sound and fully unlock the potential of dynamic drivers, increased to 11.6 mm. Users have full control over audio settings through the Nothing X app, where they can adjust the equalizer and create custom audio profiles. With this app you can also perform a fit test on the headphones, adapt them to the shape of your ears and determine their location. However, it should be noted that the headphones are controlled mechanically using taps rather than touch gestures.
The noise will be suppressed
The Nothing Ear headphones (2) also feature advanced active noise cancellation for the speakers and microphone. Adaptive ANC technology is used to cancel noise from the speakers while simultaneously adjusting the equalizer in real time. This allows the headphones to adjust sound and volume depending on the external environment, but also gives the user the ability to manually select one of two modes. In terms of microphones, each earbud is equipped with three microphones and uses Clear Voice (cVc) technology to analyze and filter low and high frequencies, ensuring a clear and clear reproduction of the other person's voice.
Don't limit yourself
Bluetooth 5.3 is used to connect to the device source, which ensures stable communication and no delays, even in gaming mode. The headphones support multi-connection to multiple sources. They also feature wireless charging using Qi technology, which can be carried out both through the case and compatible devices. Fast charging allows you to get 8 hours of battery life in just 10 minutes. The total battery life is 36 hours.
