Because inside is quite old by the standards of today, the hardware stuffing, made on the basis of the design of the Samsung 1610. The Chinese are not particularly shy in this sense, they copied it and quickly sold it. Need to say. That they chose a sample for copying very correctly. This platform was quite successful with Samsung and has practically not lost its relevance. The print speed of 22 ppm is very OK. The print quality is excellent, no worse than other laser models. Equipped with a simple CIS flatbed scanner with a resolution of 1200x1200 dpi. The paper and print trays are large enough. The first sheet comes out quickly, you only need to wait about 8 seconds. And the Chinese unexpectedly became generous with a two-year full warranty. The most unpleasant minus of this model is connected with its chipped cartridges. The Chinese have gone their own way and there are no chips in our services to replace the original ones. So it turns out that not only do cartridges still need to be found (few people sell them), but it’s also impossible to refill. And their resource is small, only 1600 pages. This printer is also picky about paper. Everything that is less than 65 grams per square meter in density chews with enviable regularity. The scanner, like all CIS models, has a problem with depth of field. This is unpleasant when scanning thick book spreads, but alas, inevitable. |
