The 2023 monitor from Philips is a 24.5-inch gaming solution that has expanded the Evnia line and belongs to the middle price segment. Among the chips of the model, one can single out rich additional equipment, namely the presence of a headphone holder, a USB hub with four connectors for connecting various gadgets with support for fast charging, as well as an ergonomic stand.

The latter has a maximum degree of freedom, that is, in addition to tilting, it allows the screen to rotate, change its height and switch to portrait orientation. The Philips Evnia 25M2N5200P monitor is equipped with an 8-bit IPS-matrix with a resolution of 1920 by 1080 pixels. The advantages of the picture, in addition to wide viewing angles, include a fairly high peak brightness of 400 nits (HDR support is also announced) and high-quality color reproduction (there is an extended coverage of 110% of the sRGB space). Especially for gamers, there is a minimum response time (0.5 ms MPRT and 1 ms gray-to-gray), support for AMD FreeSync Premium technology and a high screen refresh rate of 280 Hz. To protect eyesight, there is a separate LowBlue mode, and the proprietary SmartContrast function is called upon to improve the traditionally not very impressive contrast of IPS.
