With intensive use (a family of 4 with small children), both heating elements failed in the 4th month of operation. Replaced under warranty — and again failed after 2 months. Replaced once more, but judging by the external signs, another repair (no longer under warranty) is near. And that costs 1200(!!!) UAH. The technician even said that it's made of foil to last the warranty duration plus one day, with normal to gentle use, not like how you guys are using it... design, We planned a niche for this junk during the renovation and arranged the water, electricity, and drainage connections in such a way that now nothing else but this “wonder” can fit in its place... comfortable beautiful functional bought 2 pcs. Both leaked after 11 months. No service, I've been waiting for a decision for more than 3 months use Roda Aqua INOX 50 V month or more i recommend it don't buy |
Нагревает быстро Начал протекать после 1,5 лет использования.Причем включался 1 раз в неделю часов на шесть. Так как устанавливал сам (100 км от Киева) - эксклюзивный дистрибьютор ТМ RÖDA в Украине компания «Оптим» отказывает в гарантийном ремонте.Бак нержавейка, сварка супер как пишет "Оптим" - как может повлиять установка сертифицированным мастером на плохую сварку бака . Протекание нержавеющего бака вообще не ремонтируют. use Roda Aqua INOX 100 H month or more i recommend it don't buy |
