Buying a separate hand tool is justified if you know exactly what to buy, from which manufacturer and you can evaluate the adequacy of the price. In the old days, I would not bother and solve all the problems at the service station, but now I have to save money and do a lot with my own hands. The set is large and detailed. There are two ratchets with a ratchet and built-in reverse. To the one that is designed for a half-inch size, there are 17 sockets in sizes from 10 to 32 mm and 5 elongated ones from 14 to 22 mm. The maximum that I twisted with her help was 24 sizes. I coped confidently, the mechanism is a little tight, but in general, the order. For her, there are two extension cords for 125 and 250 mm, a set of Torx heads with sizes E10-E24, an adapter from 1/2 "to 3/8" and a cardan shaft that helps in non-standard situations. For a quarter-inch ratchet, the arsenal is also impressive, but with smaller diameters: socket heads are simple 13 pcs. from 4 to 14 mm, elongated 8 pcs from 6 to 13 mm, separate extensions for 50 and 75 mm, Torx heads in the amount of 5 pcs, cardan, collar and some other trifle. In addition to all this, there is a bit holder and an impressive set of 35 bits of all common standards (Sl, PH, PZ, Torx, Hex). The steel from which the tool is made is carbon and hardened. As for the chromium and vanadium promised by the manufacturer, I won’t say, but it has enough hardness. The price is good. This is not the cheapest set, but one of the most affordable among more or less high-quality ones. The plastic suitcase let me down. Firstly, the belongings, as it were, fixed in it, periodically fall out of it)) And secondly, the smell of plastic is such that it is better not to bring it into living quarters. |
