We have been using this humidifier for almost a year, it works great and is silent in my opinion. Before this, we had a Ballu humidifier shaped like Mickey Mouse; its water gurgling at night used to wake me up. The Tefal even has an unobtrusive sound when the water runs out. Quiet, automatic humidity adjustment (that is, if the humidity reaches 70%, the humidifier switches to standby), economical water consumption, night mode (button sounds and backlight are turned off) It's inconvenient that you need to fill the water from the bottom. All the condensation spills onto the floor when you turn it over. The handle seems flimsy, but it does support the weight of the full container. However, I still carry it with support from the bottom. From regular use (it works for us every single day—well, night, and sometimes drones on during the day), a residue forms around the "emitter," which doesn't completely clean off even with citric acid, no matter how long I soak it.
