When using either of the two available USB C ports, the USAMS US-CC110 wall charger is capable of delivering up to 65W of power. This is enough to power and quickly charge most laptops equipped with a USB C power port, incl. all current Apple MacBook models. When three ports operate simultaneously, the power can reach 60 W. This charger belongs to a new generation of models that use transistors based on gallium nitride GaN instead of silicon power electronics. GaN power switches have higher efficiency and heat up less, and a charger based on them consumes less energy and charges gadgets faster than conventional power adapters. The automatic control system sets the optimal voltage for each specific gadget.
