Medicine from reality I took it from a friend for a test run and fell in love with this device. I have had many portables in my hands, as well as stationary consoles, and this device was able to surprise in the most pleasant sense.
I would like to note the beautiful screen, there is no "shim" at a brightness of less than 50%, which is a big sin of the Nintendo Switch OLED. There is HDR, which is fully revealed in such bright games as Forza Horizon 4/5. In addition, the terabyte version does not mirror and looks matte, you do not see your face tense from the gameplay on the screen in dark scenes. Autonomy is also at a very good level: up to 12 hours in simple casual games and up to 6 hours in the same Forza with medium settings and a fix at 50fps. Control is very convenient, ergonomic grip, large knobs (analog and with a lot of settings for each game), separate respect for touchpads - in desktop mode it is very convenient to control the cursor. Cooling works well, the cooler barely rustles and does not distract in any way. Wi-Fi catches normally (unlike Switch). Super convenient system, everything is intuitive and simple. But if you like to dig into the settings and pirate - there is also such an opportunity. Emulators are a separate thrill, all exclusives fly from the same Candle, gloom is a minimum. Although the weight is significant, due to ergonomics, it is not felt and the hands do not get tired. The set includes a cool storage case, a screen wipe and a fast charger with a 2.5m cable. I would name the price, but surely such a combine should not cost "three kopecks". And what really felt - the sound is flat, shrill and entirely high-frequency, you immediately want to put on headphones so as not to injure your ears with that mess of sounds. I've been using the console for about a year now, if you have extra money, you can take it, because I use this device when I just want to lie in bed and play something simple like stardew valley or on the road to kill time. If you don't have extra funds and this will be your main device to play, then you don't need a steam deck, better buy a set-top box or assemble a PC to play normal modern games. Not bad, versatility in installing programs - you can install a bunch of emulators, etc. to play old games, a good thing to kill time, for example, when you are waiting for an order in a cafe or waiting at a car wash for your car to be washed the price, I think it is overpriced, there is nothing really expensive about how much it costs, I would even like to know how much the company spends on creating 1 device, because to buy, for example, Xbox Series X, you need only 18 thousand and it will impress more |
