A compact modification of the 5th generation Sony PlayStation gaming console. Despite the reduced case, the hardware of the console is fully consistent with the original PS5, and the reduction in size was made possible by upgrading the cooling system. The brain of the device is a custom 8-core AMD Zen 2 processor with a clock speed of 3.5 GHz, providing performance at the level of the desktop Ryzen 7 3700X chip.
The custom graphics accelerator manufactured by AMD is based on the RDNA 2 architecture and performance at the level of the Radeon RX 6700 XT, but outperforms the latter due to the use of unified memory. Sony PlayStation 5 Slim supports both standard 4K resolution and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. It is also possible to output to displays with a resolution of 8K. Support for Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) technology minimizes image tearing, providing a more enjoyable gaming experience.
The device comes with a new generation DualSense gamepad with proprietary adaptive triggers that can change the force of pressing depending on the settings of the current gaming session. Sony has also significantly redesigned the gamepad's haptic feedback system. The device's communication capabilities include a built-in LAN port for direct connection to the network, a wireless module with Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth support, and three USB ports. Unlike the Digital version, the PS5 Slim is equipped with a removable disc drive that allows you to purchase games in both digital and physical formats.

Нещодавно став власником пс5 слім і хочу відзначити що за його ціну в 4к так ви ніде не пограете. Особливо хочеться відзначити дуалсенс, це щось неймовірне, його вібрації додатково занурюють в гру. Також оформив підписку пс середнього рівня і тепер можу пограти в дійсно круті ігри до поки чекаю гта 6. Також хочеться відзначити що ціни на ігри в самому магазині пс доволі приемні, на дисках ціні більше. із переваг це швидкість запуску гри, по відчутям від того як ви включили консоль, до того як ви вже в грі проходить менше хвилини. поки не виявив  Bogdan Omelay: use Sony PlayStation 5 Slim few months |
