Whirlpool WCT 64 FLY X, like most similar devices, can both remove polluted air from the room and clean it (recirculation mode). For the second option, the model is ready for use, as it is equipped with two carbon filters that effectively eliminate unpleasant odors.

Moderate performance and quiet operation

The hood motor provides maximum air extraction performance of 224 m³/h. Although this is not a record figure, it is sufficient for small and medium kitchens. Even at maximum speed, the motor operates quite quietly. At the first speed, the noise level is almost equal to a normal conversation (up to 45 dB), and at the third speed it does not exceed a moderate 54 dB.

Modern equipment

The model is notable for having two LED lamps with a total power of 6 W. They provide economy and a long service life. It is also worth noting the practical aluminum filter, which can be washed in a dishwasher. The controls have some differences from competitors. They are represented by a button for turning the light on/off and a recessed rotary switch with fixed positions (off and 3 speeds).
