1. It really cleans the air, meaning that the water that doesn't evaporate over a 2-day cycle turns yellow and develops an unpleasant smell. When the kids had runny noses, the remaining liquid also had slimy clumps, even though the air cleaner is on the cabinet, and the kids run around on the floor. With the arrival of the second child (total of 4 people) in a 17 sq. meter room, it becomes immediately noticeable when the air cleaner is not running: breathing gets difficult, and sometimes headaches appear.
2. It can be used as a passive air conditioner: dry air from outside (through micro-ventilation) is drawn in, it is humidified (absorbing the latent heat of vaporization), and the more humid air is expelled outside. Our room is 6.5 meters long, and this way we manage to lower the temperature by 5 degrees.
3. It has a night mode, which is practically silent - doesn't disturb sleep at all.
4. The price for similar models from other companies is around 20 thousand rubles.
