The video core of the model contains 8448 stream processors, the chip operates at a frequency of 2610 MHz, supports the PCI-E v4.0 interface and DirectX 12 Ultimate. The GDDR6X memory capacity is 16 GB and a 256-bit bus is used for data exchange. Improved fourth-generation RT cores and third-generation tensor cores provide more efficient and high-quality operation of the ray tracing system and image scaling without blurring the image.

Exclusively for RTX 4000 series video cards, the model supports a unique frame generation technology, which, together with the built-in upscaler, can increase overall performance by more than 100%. Three active fans with wide curved blades and a massive aluminum radiator are responsible for active cooling. The cooling system supports two operating modes: standard and silent. The card itself turned out to be quite large (length 337 mm, thickness 3.5 slots), which must be taken into account when choosing a case, since most standard chassis have restrictions on the length of the video card in the region of 300-310 mm.
