The company positions itself as nothing less than an innovator in the world of “smart” automotive solutions. However, as often happens in such cases, as the brand developed, it was decided to expand the list of manufactured devices, also including charging stations. 70mai Co. Ltd started its operations in March 2016 in Shanghai, China. The first device was introduced in February 2017 – it was a “smart” rearview mirror, available exclusively to Chinese buyers. The success of this product allowed the company to firmly stand on its feet and enter the global market – this happened in January 2018, when the brand’s first dashcam was presented to consumers. Production of charging stations and solar panels began in August 2021.

The list of products that 70mai has already launched on the market is still relatively small; there are manufacturers whose product range is much wider. However, all manufactured devices are distinguished by attractive characteristics and cost, due to which they are quite popular among consumers from different countries. By the beginning of 2018, more than 10 million units of dashcams were sold in various countries around the world. According to the official statement, the 70mai brand is the leader in its category in Thailand and Malaysia.
