The mouse is average, because before that I had both a raiser and a steel series, and the same A4tech, but this one is rather weak in some respects. First, the main buttons are very soft, there is no hard click. That is, you have to control the pressing force, otherwise you don’t feel a click, which means you are nervous (In Games, for example). The backlight is not adjustable, even with proprietary software, and there is a backlight setting item, but switching does not work. The rest of the mouse is not bad, the only thing that I did not like was the weight distribution and the mass itself. The mouse is heavy. The legs are teflon, they glide very well on the rug. The grip is confident, comfortable The central wheel is far away, you need to get used to it. I was pleased that in the application you can set the sensitivity adjustment threshold when you press the central buttons. Plastic looks cheap, but durable, does not lose its appearance. The side buttons are useless. Yes, they are large, but they are located at the very top of the case, and bending the fingers to the top is not very convenient. Wire without braid, just rubber. The application is rather weak, the functionality is at a minimum. I can not say that I regretted the purchase, but still there are some shortcomings. Comfortably lies in the hand. Nice center wheel. The backlight, although not controllable, is very bright. Glides very well on the carpet. Quick access to sensitivity control buttons, with range adjustable via app. The main buttons are too soft in my opinion. The side buttons are useless. Weight - I would take less weight, because after a few hours of use, the arm starts to hurt. ![]() |
- price at 990 RUB;
- design, thanks to which it fits comfortably in the hand;
- material, because the rubber on the previous x7 annoyed me;
- build quality, even though it creaks when squeezed by fingers.
I didn't experience any problems in games either. Yes, it was a little unusual for a while, but the sensor doesn't miss, and on my desk's surface, the mouse feels good.
However, at the moment, I'm extremely confused by the "Oscar Lite" program. As far as I understand, this mouse is not compatible with other versions of "Oscar," and the macro editor in "Oscar Lite" is a bit of a disaster. And I'm not even talking about the editor's lousy design (maybe I just haven't gotten used to it yet), but what really bothers me is the lack of cursor positioning in macros. That is, on the previous mouse I could set screen coordinates where the mouse needed to click, but with this one, I can only specify the fact that there will be a click, but I can't choose the coordinates for the click.
I understand that this is a somewhat specific task, which is why I didn't notice this modification right away, but still, it's a bit strange. I bought the mouse to use macros from time to time, and here they seem somewhat limited.
Or maybe I'm unfairly criticizing the mouse and I'm just doing something wrong myself? Could someone give me feedback at https://oblomow.ru/my-mouse
