having bought and installed Windows 10 Pro (license), it started acting strangely right away, lagging even when opening the Start menu. I tried different drivers and found that with drivers from the AMD and Acer websites, it behaves somewhat differently. When the video driver is installed, it takes more than 1 minute to start up, without it about 7 seconds. When attempting to play something like Fallout 4, Metro 2033, Frostpunk, it just shuts down, even when compiling code in Visual Studio. It's connected to the network and the battery is charged. I replaced it with another one, and the problem is the same. Also, the colors of the display are unsatisfactory, as if the contrast is set to maximum. 1. Others are viruble. Nothing to add, other buyers already wrote about it;
2. When robotic charging in the headphones, there is a slightly high-frequency squeak. When charging is done, the squeak is attached;
3. In the headphones, sometimes, unacceptable low-frequency sounds of the "navel" type are blamed, unreasonably;
4. The sound from the speakers is just darkness, louder for the phone;
5. Through a non-standard scale on the screen, Windows fonts are displayed with bugs - letters of different heights and comrades;
6. Type C charging works only as long as your unit supports the same mode 65W to 20V * 2.35A. Otherwise, it’s nasty to charge and greedily trot. I have a block for 100W tobto 20V * 5A and this laptop cannot be used with it.
