Purchased in 2023 as soon as the power outages began, in the basic configuration of 8/256. At that time, it had no competitors, and I'll say more, there still aren't any. Since August 2023, it has gone through exactly 300 charge cycles, and it still performs excellently. This is my main work machine, which I use extensively every day for over 8 hours (VScode, Postman, GitHub, Slack, Telegram, Discord, about 10 tabs in Chrome, a separate Safari window with 1440p video, Notion, ChatGPT, notes, reminders, terminal, and around 7 utilities running in the background, all at the same time, even with a connected 2K 165Hz monitor), and it handles it all effortlessly. Yes, there are occasional micro-freezes, and it swaps to 4-5 GB, but it consistently and calmly completes the tasks at hand, and it lasts about 6 hours in this mode comfortably. As for games, I've played Stardew Valley, Minecraft, and Factorio on it. It performed well, but loading new chunks in Minecraft was challenging, and it lagged. In terms of power, autonomy, design, mobility, keyboard quality, trackpad, and display, it still has no equal. However, in almost 2 years, the paint has worn off where my hands rest (left and right of the trackpad), so if you're getting one, go for the Silver. Also, macOS. I don't want to go back to Windows after using it, and I keep a PC on the side just for gaming. I do everything else on the MacBook. Absolutely every aspect, like the display, battery, or anything else - it's a plus. Overall, this laptop is one big plus. Except for games) - The screen doesn't lock on the first try with the touchID button - The fn button for changing the language doesn't work on the first try - Made me hate Windows and buy an iPhone. Купив MacBook Air M1 (8/256) на 13 дюймів - пів року тому, і чесно кажучи, це найкращий ноутбук, який у мене був. Працює дуже швидко, навіть коли відкрито багато вкладок у браузері чи купа застосунків одночасно.
Дуже виручив мене влітку коли почались відключення, 11 годин роботи від батареї - кайф. Легенький і дуже приємний тактильно. Топ! Яскравий екран, вага 1кг, приємні матеріали, автономність, безшумність, швидка робота завдяки процесору apple silicon, стабільність mac os Напевно замалий об'єм оперативної пам'яті, для базових задач нормально, але якщо працюєш в важких застосунках - стає трохи складно

Шикарний ноутбук для багатьох задач. Купив ще чотири роки тому. Жодного разу не пожалував. Дивно, але зараз він коштує навіть трохи дорожче аніж я купував. Не дарма кажуть шо техніка Apple то найкраще вкладання грошей Дизайн. Дуже компактний та тонкий.
Технічна складова. Неймовірний екран. Величезна продуктивність. При тому абсолютно тихий за відсутністю вентиляторів. Матеріали корпусу. Метал корпуса та скляний тачпад. Мишка не потрібна після того, як спробуєш працювати жестами. Автономність. Тут взагалі макбуки у всіх можливих топах. Заряджаю раз у тиждень Геть інша операційна система після Віндовс.
