The Ariete planetary mixer belongs to the high price segment, but at the same time it stands out with a stylish retro design, high-quality assembly and high performance. The body is made of die-cast aluminium, while the bowl and removable nozzles are made of stainless steel, so the equipment is designed for a long service life. The 1600 W motor can reach up to 3200 W at peak loads, thus ensuring fast and efficient mixing and whipping of heavy masses and dense doughs.

For more precise control over the process, 11 continuously variable speeds and a separate pulse mode are provided. Ariete Moderna 1589/01 is equipped with a durable, spacious 5.5 l bowl, in which large portions of food can be prepared. For more convenient use, the bowl is supplemented with a handle and a transparent splash cover that prevents splashing and, with the help of a loading hole, allows you to add ingredients right during the operation of the equipment. In addition, the package includes a standard set of three nozzles: a whisk for whipping, a hook for kneading dough and a spatula for mixing. If desired, you can understaff the model with additional nozzles, which are sold separately.
