Reliable entry-level gaming laptops, ideally suited for budget-conscious users who value a combination of quality, durability, and stable performance. All devices in the Asus TUF Gaming A15 2023 FA507NUR family are equipped with matte 15.6-inch displays based on high-quality IPS panels with a resolution of 1920x1080 pixels, a refresh rate of 144 Hz, full coverage of the sRGB color space, and support for Adaptive-Sync.
They all feature original aluminum-plastic cases of moderate size with MIL-STD-810 certification. The hardware platform of the notebooks is based on a combination of 8-core Ryzen 7 7435HS processors (Rembrandt R family, Zen 3+ architecture) with entry-level GeForce RTX 4050 graphics cards from the Ada Lovelace lineup. The performance of this configuration is more than adequate for delivering a comfortably high frame rate in any popular gaming projects from 2015 to 2021 with moderate graphics settings and ray tracing disabled.
If performance falls short, users can leverage the Ada Lovelace-exclusive DLSS 3 suite, which includes an image upscaling algorithm system and a unique intermediate frame generation technology. The DDR5-4800 RAM can range from 8 to 16 GB, depending on the configuration, and the maximum storage capacity is capped at 1024 GB. Special mention should also be made of the RGB keyboard backlighting, the gigabit LAN port, the Dolby Atmos speakers, and fast charging with Power Delivery.
