Apple continues to conquer the audience of Android users with new models of Beats-branded headphones. The Beats Studio Buds in-ear TWS headphones, released in the summer of 2021, are positioned as a headset for everyday use, however, thanks to IPX4 waterproof protection and a secure fit in the ears, they are also suitable for sports. Ergonomic case made of matte soft-touch plastic is offered in three colours: black, red and white.
The headphones are equipped with 3 pairs of silicone ear tips of different sizes, a USB-C/USB-C cable for charging like the Beats Flex, and a compact ergonomic case with a light indication of the charge level. The model has active noise reduction, microphone noise reduction and transparency mode, which work quite well, although slightly worse than in AirPods Pro. The sound of the Beats Studio Buds is quite voluminous, detailed and comfortable, with a large margin of volume, and the delay in synchronization with the video is almost not noticeable. The battery life of the headphones is up to 8 hours with ANC off and up to 24 hours with case support. With constant use of active noise cancellation and transparent mode, battery life drops to 5 and 15 hours, respectively. Full charge recovery takes about 2 hours. Wireless and fast charging are not supported.

These are definitely the highest quality wireless headphones I've ever listened to. The sound is very good, well-balanced, with plenty of lows, highs, and mids. The bass is distinctly audible, sometimes it's hard to believe it's coming from headphones. I thought the microphone would work poorly, considering the form factor of the headphones, but no, my conversation partner can hear me perfectly. Noise cancellation works, but it's not aggressive. For example, the noise canceling in the Xiaomi Zmi PurPods Pro is stronger, blocking out street noise more effectively. On the other hand, these headphones have a pretty snug fit in the ears, providing good sound isolation on their own. There's a transparency mode that works quite interestingly, distorting voices and making them more "robotic," and it also amplifies them, I would say. Other sounds seem to pass through selectively in this mode, but overall it's useful. Battery life is excellent; during sporadic calls or video watching rather than continuous music playing, they last for a whole workday, about 8-9 hours. For music listening, they last 6-7 hours, depending on the volume and use of noise cancelation. They charge quite quickly in the case; a 10-minute charge gives you about 3 hours of listening time. – sound quality – comfortable fit – transparency mode and active noise cancellation – good battery life without a case – no dropouts or other signal distortions – Does the kit come with a Type-C to Type-C ... cable?
