These wireless earbuds are primarily aimed at sports use, and are well adapted for active runs that can be done in almost any weather. The quality of the assembly and materials of this model is high, as is the case with all Beats models. This is the third generation of the Powerbeats series and the main differences from the Powerbeats 2 are the increased sound quality and increased battery life.
Both changes are explained by the use of a fundamentally new chip — the Apple W1. The sound, as before, is saturated with bass, but now, in addition to them, the mid- and high-frequency range is perfectly audible. In other words, as noted by journalists in the reviews, the Beats Powerbeats 3 Wireless headphones have become more versatile, and the sound is balanced. Battery life has almost doubled, now the device works up to 12 hours from one charge. The model is in-ear, but for a secure hold, there is an additional behind-the-ear arch. This arc is made of dense rubber and does not cause inconvenience. The wire is flat, not tangled. There is a convenient remote control that allows you to not only receive calls, but also switch tracks, as well as adjust the volume.

Jogging in the morning and gym in the afternoon is my mandatory and almost daily programme. The thing is that I work a lot at the computer at home, which means that the body needs additional movement and additional sports loads. Yes, my job is mostly mental, and sometimes the heaviest thing I lift at home in a day is a big cup of coffee. But to keep the body in good shape, you can’t do without playing sports. I bought these headphones specifically for jogging and the gym. For running and energetic work on simulators, they are just right. Thanks to the well-thought-out design, they are perfectly kept in the ear and do not fall / fall out under any circumstances. The rubber arms still have to get used to them, but there is no particular discomfort, just unusual sensations. There is protection against sweat. The remote control is convenient, with its help you can do everything you need, the extra cable can be collected with a coupler. The cable is flat and elastic, fits comfortably around the neck. They connect to the iPhone quickly, without any fermentation on the menu there. The sound quality is not bad, you can listen to music, but given the shameless price tag, the sound could be more clear and detailed, this is especially lacking when multi-instrumental tracks sound. The set includes a storage case. Charging from a microUSB connector on a gadget sharpened by Apple in 2017 looks at least strange. Noise isolation is not great. The price of these headphones is outrageous. For $230, "not only everyone can buy them, few people can do it." |

+ comfortable, there is a set of ear pads, excellent sound, especially bass. There is also a small charging cord included. They charge quickly, a charge of 5 minutes is enough for 40-50 minutes of work.
- I had a problem with charging 4 months after purchase. They stopped charging, the red light was constantly on (charge indicator, but the charge was not carried out). I got very used to the headphones and fell in love with the unique sound of the beats, and in general how they fit me, and sent them in for repair under warranty. They replaced it very quickly with no problems. And they didn’t change the charger, but sent new headphones.
Another disadvantage is that in winter it is not very convenient to use headphones because of the hat. This does not affect the sound quality, but it makes the heads visually wider :)
