With the general functionality corresponding to the middle class, this "reflex camera" has a number of very specific features. The brightest of them is a new type of matrix — it is the first to implement the Dual Pixel CMOS AF combined autofocus function, combining speed and accuracy. At the same time, the touch display allows you to focus the frame by touching a point on the screen. The matrix resolution in APS-C format is 20.2 megapixels, and the sensitivity is up to ISO 25,600. The burst shooting speed reaches 7 fps, the maximum video resolution is 1920x1080. There is a Wi-Fi module for transferring footage. Lens included.

Does a full frame make a difference? Is it worth buying a full-frame camera?Do I need to spend money on an expensive full frame or is it better to buy a cropped camera?..

Universal camera from the semi-PRO series
 1 June 2016
For work, I have a CANON 5D Mark III, but sometimes it's just a pity to drag it behind you. And you don’t always need a full frame, most often you can get by with a crop. This is how I got this camera - I bought it as a spare or just to catch up to 5D. The Canon EF-S 18-135mm IS STM lens included in the kit is universal and suitable for almost all occasions.
Made just as thoroughly as the older sister. Housing materials - aluminium and polycarbonate. Rubber pads in the right places are present. The weight is decent, with a lens it pulls 1.3 kg, but it sits well in the hands. Behind the bright rotary screen with a resolution of 720 x 480 pixels. And its main feature is not the ability to rotate, but the presence of a touchscreen. In fact, you can control the shooting process from it, just like traditional controls. The quality of the pictures, of course, is inferior to 5D. But comparing a full frame with a crop is not entirely fair. For an APS-C matrix, the shooting results are very decent. Detail is good, the dynamic range that can be pulled out of RAW is just huge. There is little noise even at relatively high ISOs. Focuses quickly both in normal mode and in LiveView. With exposure metering, as a rule, everything is ok. Continuously shoots at 7 fps (JPG up to 65 fps, RAW up to 16 fps). An inexpensive kit lens is fast and silent. Writes gorgeous 1080p video, and in this mode, autofocus works in tracking mode.
Price. Noticeable heating of the camera when recording video with tracking autofocus.
great model, love it

I was looking for a replacement for my broken "old lady" Canon EOS 7D. A worthy successor to the best traditions of Canon's top amateur cameras. Yes, it's not FF, it's a crop with a 1.6 coefficient, but it's probably the best model with an APS-C sensor for the money. Everything noticeably better is disproportionately more expensive.
The combination of an advanced CMOS sensor with 20.2 MP, a top-of-the-line DIGIC 5+ processor, and an STM lens (EF-S 18-135mm IS STM) operates remarkably fast. To say more, I've never held a faster DSLR in my hands.
It works excellently with exposure in both natural and artificial (and even cold LED) lighting. The autofocus works very quickly and rarely misses. Canon has finally managed to create a proper tracking autofocus for video shooting.
The WiFi interface is great for connecting to a laptop, which is exactly how I use it, and photos transfer quickly enough.
Familiar and user-friendly controls and menus for Canon owners.
The display is movable and touchscreen!!! Not only is it a touchscreen, but it also supports multitouch. These technologies have finally reached photography equipment.
The combined weight of the camera and lens has exceeded 1.2 kg. It's not light, but thanks to the ergonomic body and comfortable grip, your hands don't get tired.
Made in Japan. No comments.
The camera cannot work with RAW in HDR mode.
The white balance setting is buried deep in the menu. It's not well-thought-out since it's a frequently used feature.
A bit pricey. And if you add the cost of a decent lens, the total amount is really concerning.
