Miniature SSD drive in M.2 2280 format, aimed at users who require a reliable and high-performance solution within PCI-E 3.0. The model combines good speed performance with a moderate price, making it suitable for assembling or upgrading a versatile PC, laptop, or entry to mid-level gaming system. The drive has compact dimensions corresponding to the 2280 standard and is compatible with all motherboards equipped with an M.2 port supporting 2/4-lane PCI-E Gen3.

Like most inexpensive solid-state drives, the Dato DP700 Pro does not boast dedicated DRAM buffer memory. The drive is based on 96-layer 3D TLC NAND flash memory. The data exchange interface is PCI-E 3.0. The manufacturer-declared sequential write speed is 3100 MB/s, and the read speed reaches 3300 MB/s, significantly surpassing the speed of SSD drives with a SATA3 interface, but slightly lagging behind Gen4 class models. The cooling system with a graphene heatsink effectively dissipates heat from the controller and memory chips, preventing throttling even under prolonged loads, ensuring stable operation without the need for additional active cooling systems.
