Purchased this chair, it's nice. However, there are two issues: first, it creaks. For the price, they could have added some rubber rings to the joints, but this can be fixed on your own. Second, the rocking function doesn’t work. With the spring fully loosened, it doesn’t rock in a sitting position and only starts to rock when the backrest is tilted somewhere after 120-130 degrees tilt(((
