Наконец появилось время заняться собой. Эти часы приметил в журнале еще год назад, они очень понравились и я поставил себе первую цель - сбросить за 3 месяца - 3 килограмма веса. Призом самому себе за это первое достижение стали эти часы и с ними дело пошло еще лучше – следующие пять месяцев позволили снять еще 5 кг. Это настоящие спортивные часы, но в респектабельном металлическом водонепроницаемом корпусе. Для замера и оценки физической активности у этих часов есть полный набор датчиков, а именно хороший строенный пульсомер, акселерометр и GPS-модуль. Для полного комплекта не хватает только нагрудного датчика, но он мне по большому счету и не нужен, я не фанат бега. Самыми полезными оказался режим велопрогулок и плавания, как на открытой воде, так и в бассейне. Благодаря GPS-навигации часы исправно фиксируют пройденную/проплытую дистанцию и рассчитывают энергозатраты организма. Но полезны часы не только при активных занятиях спортом. Они синхронизируются со смартфоном и могут выводить уведомления, напоминания и сообщения. Правда обратная связь в этих случаях отсутствует и чаще всего все равно придется доставать смарт из кармана. Еще эта модель может следить за сном, причем время засыпания и просыпания она определяет автоматически. Для того чтобы трансрефлективный экран выглядел хорошо, нужно хорошее освещение. В сумерках или при низкой облачности экран кое-как спасает подсветка, но вид у него все равно теряется. Часы крупные и тяжелые, а аккумулятор, надо признать, так себе. Два дня живет точно, а вот три уже не всегда. И заряжается не быстро, почти два часа. |
