I read the reviews above, as if they were writing about some other model. Everything works fine for me. And it is controlled quite conveniently. The data is clear, there have never been any failures. I especially monitor my heart rate and steps closely. High resistance to water - I don’t even take them off in the shower or in the pool. Outwardly, they look absolutely great. indicated everything absolutely not use Garmin Forerunner 35 few months |
I've gained quite a bit of extra weight over the past couple of years, about 11 kilograms. The main culprit is my sedentary job, which doesn't allow for as much physical activity as needed to maintain a balance between calorie intake and expenditure. But at the end of summer, stepping on the scales, I realized that this couldn't go on. Small morning and evening jogs combined with weekend bike rides (in warm weather and during daylight) were meant to stop the weight gain and start reducing it. But I know from experience how easy it is to give up on this within the first ten to fifteen days. I needed an indicator of progress that would show me daily achievements, and these Garmin smartwatches became that indicator. This is a real sports gadget that features a GPS sensor to determine the distance covered, an optical heart rate monitor, and an accelerometer to track activity and count steps. The device is excellent in functionality and convenient to use. I'll start with the fact that it syncs with a smartphone using the universal Garmin Connect app. You register an account, enter your name, height, weight, gender, and maximum heart rate, and you can upload your workout results through the smart device directly to the Garmin website and even build "live" tracks in real-time. The watch calculates the distance traveled quite accurately, counts the number of steps, makes sure I don't sit for too long, and simultaneously warns of too high a heart rate during physical overloads. Plus, they are shockproof and withstand immersion in water up to 50 meters deep. In other words, you can swim or shower with them on. In regular watch mode, without syncing with a smartphone, one charge lasts about a week. According to the manufacturer, they can work in training mode for no more than 12 hours. But mine didn't even make it to 10. It finds satellites leisurely, deliberately, thoughtfully – it could have been faster. Sometimes notifications from the smartphone don't come through, but it's unclear who's to blame. |
I used the watch for a year and a half, then I bought a Stratos, and then I realized all the advantages of this watch. Easy to use, very durable (the Stratos fell apart during work on a ship in a month, Garmin 2 years of work, and went through everything, water, acids, fire, long being in salt water) and the watch works fine Excellent watch for the money, completely indestructible, no glitches or lags for 2 years, very accurate data You'll have to read up the clock controls, but you won't be able to figure it out on your own.
